Clearwater is a rural land development on the shores of Lake Colac. This required overseeing the art direction of the entire project from conception to completion.
The lake was incorporated into the brand influenced by the rowing club and boating history, using bright colour palettes mixed with bold shapes inspired by sailing flags. I wanted to keep this design neat and clean while integrating a modernity to appeal to younger buyers.
